Karly is a small town girl born and raised in Valley, Washington near Chewelah. She has always been a dreamer! While persuing competitive athletics after completing an Iron Man, a local wedding planner in California proved her status as one of the “unicorns”; Karly became a lead designer on their team that was fortunate to plan celeb weddings and travel internationally for destination events. 

Karly Kay Designs recently picked up the design baton again and is based in Spokane , Wa. 
Karly loves helping and serving the local community by cross promotion and collaboration. She believes that everyone should have a chance at creation and just one project could potentially put them on a different path that may change their life in unimaginable ways. Like The Butterfly effect, right? 

She is taking on only a select few weddings this year due to her being a full time mama, and other creative projects that she does such as web design, branding & directing visual ad campaigns. She has graced the cover of international magazines, been featured in Green Wedding Shoes multiple times as well as other well known wedding blogs such as Grey Likes Weddings and Seven Layer Cake. She’s only booking a couple more weddings this year so I highly recommend reaching out asap if you haven’t already!!
